Body Vision Retreat – Daylesford

Daylesford has long been considered a special place of healing so we thought it was the perfect place for our first retreat!

This retreat is a great opportunity for you to get away from your normal routine and take time out to focus on your health (body and mind).

We have organised a weekend around our principals of “eat train live” whilst ensuring we included plenty of free time so that you can enjoy everything Daylesford has to offer: you may want to visit the Convent Gallery, the magnificent Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens or just stroll along Vincent Street visiting the many local shops.

Alternatively you may just choose to read a book, take a walk or simply enjoy time getting to know the other women on the retreat – the choice is yours! We have organised everything for you – all you need to do is come along and enjoy the weekend.
