  • Bench Press : 10-12 reps x 3
  • Pushups: 10-12 reps x 3 sets
  • Squats: 10-15 reps x 3 sets
  • Lunges: 10-12 reps x 3 sets
  • Chin ups: to failure x 3 sets
  • Plank: 20sec x 6
