Our pilates classes are inspired by an athletic matwork system that gives you different levels of difficulty. You choose the right level to focus and progress. Balls, bands, circles, sliders and body weight give all the challenge and variety you need to achieve a tighter waist and overall body.

These classes are ideal for core and glute strengthening to assist with other forms of training or to simply feel a level of increased strength, balance, flexibility and posture for the everyday.

All strength and fitness levels are catered for.
