MEET MICHELLE

 

My passion is educating women to find freedom from diet culture and live a life of health & sustainable weight management using The Pro Metabolic Approach.

This approach has been a game changer for me. I am maintaining my weight effortlessly and enjoying food freedom at the age of 53. 

In my 20’s and 30’s I had previously done restrictive diets and fasting to lose weight after each of my 4 pregnancies.

This took Its toll and caused stress and metabolism issues. Because of this I found that in my 40’s and 50’s these diets didn’t work.

I stumbled across the Pro Metabolic Approach to eating and my world changed completely.

This was different to all the mainstream fitness information out there.

Life is much more fun as a result of moving away from starvation diets and over exercising to lose weight.

I finally found a way of managing my weight that is achievable in every way and doesn’t involve having to have willpower to get through the day.

I love helping women feel confident and empowered through exercise, good nutrition and mental and emotional wellbeing and teaching them to put their health first and the weight loss second as a natural progression.

STRENGTH TRAINING & PILATES STUDIO BASED IN MELBOURNE 

 

Body Vision is a boutique strength training studio with the express aim to get women over 40 stronger and fitter. We lose muscle mass each decade after 35 and weight training with a progressive structure helps to grow and maintain muscle.

Muscle is needed to burn fat at rest and is the most metabolically active tissue in the body. Our programs are designed with this knowledge in mind. They are structured in school terms.

Our clients monitor their progress with individual record sheets. This ensures they are pushing themselves enough to grow muscle and get healthier, leaner bodies. We also factor in weeks of stretching and light weights to allow the body to recover from the Progressive Resistance training structure.
